The focus of camp will be optimizing your training sessions, lifestyle habits, nutrition, and recovery. Our goal is for you to leave camp feeling like you have a better grasp on what it looks like to train 80/20 for life.
📅 Dates: January 18th and 19th (9am - 3pm on 18th, 10am-4pm on the 19th)
The PACK team will be around on the 17th and 20th for additional sessions upon request.
